Shipping Policy

How We Work

Every Exhaustic Performance system is built to order. We don't hold finished inventory, so each unit is manufactured specifically for your vehicle after you order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Catback Systems: 11–19 days production, 5–7 days shipping, 16–26 days total.
Downpipes: 9–13 days production, 3–5 days shipping, 12–18 days total.
Universal Mufflers: 5–7 days production, 7–10 days shipping, 12–17 days total.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Custom fabrication and international freight can occasionally run over on either end — we'll keep you updated by WhatsApp if anything shifts.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. If you're outside these countries, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm if delivery is possible.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp and email.

Fitment Responsibility

You're required to provide your vehicle's chassis/VIN number at checkout. Please double-check it — systems are manufactured specifically to match the chassis you provide, and incorrect information can delay or void your order.
